I have reached my goal weight. I am unsure whether I should take some time off and just do OWL, maintenance. Or, if I should set my new goal. Also, should I set my next goal at 10lb, or 20lb. My ultimate goal is 145. However, this last 20lb will be difficult to lose. It might be more motivational to set my goal at 150. That is 8lb away.


I went to another website and analysed my stats to see what I should be eating:

I didn't know about the protien. I can increase the protien. I have a hard time eating 1000 calories a day. I'll just have to force myself. I am close to the protien. I'll increase
