Diario di Taysmama32, 20 dic 10

Well this weekend was a tough one, actually it Started at Lunch on Friday. I have so many different things going on in my life and I am letting them take me over! So this weekend was a self reflection time, I had a long in depth COnversation with my boyfried that really helped with US, I had a long talk with my 7 year old about his behavior and we start counseling on Tuesday because I have run out of options for him (some of it is just typical 7 year old boy stuff, but he needs someone to talk to - - So Do I!) I also didn't work out this weekend, I mean don't get me wrong I cleaned from floor to ceiling the entire downstairs of my house so I wasn't a lazy bumb, lol but My actual workout I didn't complete. I also didn't record food at all after Saturday morning and when I went back and entered them this morning, I was very suprised that I still did well!! Which means I have faith in myself that I am able to do this!!!! I am making healthier choices without even thinking about it =)

Thanks hun, this weekend was a struggle but I feel a lot better that I was able to manage them all fairly well and without Flipping Out haha...

Some folks would say that housework isn't much of a work out....well then they aren't doing it right! I also cleaned from top to bottom to finish decorating the house. I was sooooo sore this morning!

I actually think I was more sore from cleaning that my normal workout! Haha! Constant movement from 9-3 is a lot, scrubbing, mopping reaching up and down, twisting.... and then teh Satisfaction of knowing you killed 2 birds with one stone =)
