Diario di Taysmama32, 30 dic 10

Hmmm... Well All I can say is I am suprised!! I know it isn't a huge loss but a loss in ded... I have really been slacking off on my working out =( although I think I may be making it up in RUNNING AROUND I have yet to have a day to go home and just RELAX, also I think My sleeping might be a reason for this too!! I run run run go go go from 630am until about 9 at night and the last 3 nights I have totally exhausted myself to the point where by 930 I just pass out. Also a big factor I would say is my alcohol intake I haven't had nearly as much beer as I usually do... not even CLOSE!!!

Well I will do a catchup journal later on when I have a little more time.

Things here at work are horrible... I'll explain later.

Don't run yourself into getting sick! Try to schedule time to do just nothing. There is much to be said about a good night's rest. I am usually in bed by 8pm and asleep by 9. Takes me a long time to wind down and fall asleep.

I am definitly trying to get some rest because of that exact reason... I can not get sick right now! =)

Congrat's on a very nice holiday loss! I'm sure all that running around and less beer has factored in too. Way to go! But do try to schedule in a bit of down time and proper rest so you don't get sick.
