Urgggh!! The scale has been flucating between 150.8 and 153 this past week! I really wanted to see a loss into the 151 range. I am recording this morning's weigh in under protest. Yesterday I was 151.8! I worked out like crazy the past 2 nights and not getting enough sleep so maybe my muscles are inflammed and not getting enough recuperation time.
