Yesterday I felt like my clothes fit differently. Today I feel big as a barrel. Does anyone else go through days like this? Is it all in my head?

All the time! I think losing weight is harder mentally than physically. I focus on making healthy daily decisions and that helps the most. If I know I made smart choices it can help to quiet my inner voice.

I completely understand. This is my second go 'round, so I am a bit more okay with the ups and downs. Makes it easy if you keep in mind that the up, down, down, up pattern is the norm. I can closely predict if it's going to be an up or down day on the scale by how I feel first thing in the morning. As Shake said, focus on committing to good habits and positive results of the big picture and you'll be fine. 😊👍
