I keep staying 73.3...not sure what to do to break through this plateau. Perhaps up the exercise a bit, and see ....

I'm on a plateau now also ... going to try to up my protein intake while still staying in calorie deficit. See if that helps 😊

What is your process? If you are a faster like me, I would suggest to do 1 slightly extended fast. It would confuse your body and get your weight loss going again.

I'm following both of your suggestions, so let's see! I don't do intermittent fasting, but last night I skipped dinner. I'm also upping my protein with a shake supplement, since I'm battling to get enough proteïen in for the day.
