I'm happy to see any drop at the start of winter.
Canberra is getting cold, bottoming out at -6.3 on Monday last. I always have a stronger urge to eat in the cold weather, so I need to be vigilant.

I allowed myself to be caught up in the Winter Blues for several days, with disasterous results (small scale disaster). I’ve managed to recover and restart, reboot.
