Going to count the gain, even though AF showed up yesterday, finally! My cravings kicked off too, finally!! Pretty sure it's just bloating, but going to be honest on my weight history. Shoveled the driveway, front stairs and back porch yesterday. Took 2 hours to do it all and this morning you would never know I did a thing lol. Got about 10 inches of snow total. Oh, I know I did it cause my hands (weird, but I was pounding the ice with a hoe lol) and back are sore today. May shovel the sidewalks when I get home from work, now that the snow is done.
