OK... see what happens when I don't track my food on a daily basis... I am trying to go back and add on the website! BUT Goood NEWS is that I have the app back on my blackberry and will be back on track in NO time!!

Yeah, I found out the hard way that waiting too long to log the meals means you can't enter some days. Even if I knew to the calorie what I ate, I couldn't go back far enough. I try not to let more than 2 days pass without entering. How is the new job?

Woot!! for being back on Track. On my 2 month sabbatical from tracking I found out that I can maintain, but not lose.

Well I wasn't Totally AWAY... lol but my lifeline (my blackberry) was down, I haven't been on my computer at home and at work I have been way to busy to get on... Sooo.... yes Back on track here we go... and I have a reason to want to lose now... COUNTRY CONCERT 2011!!!!
