Yesterday we went to my wife's high school reunion for lunch, then over to her parents' home for dinner, so it was difficult to count calories precisely. So half way through the day I gave up trying to stick to my deficit and just figured it would be a cheat day. This morning my weigh in has me down 8 tenths of a pound anyway so that was an awesome surprise since I've been stuck around 222 for the last 8 or 9 days.
