Thank you! These last few pounds seemed like they would never happen but I think I'm back on track again.

Am working on lowering cholesterol (don't want medication) and NOT being obese anymore. Don't know how many pounds to get to correct BMI and out of obese. I will ask my MD when I talk to him on phone next week. Phone visits only with my MD as he just had kidney transplant.

Best of luck with it, sugarplum! I'm sure you'll get there 👍 Good for you for taking proactive steps rather than going straight to medication without trying better diet first
