Trying intermittent fasting - but taking it easy. If I can’t make the full fast, it’s okay. If I do make it, then great! So far so good - I was able to wait a little over the 16 hours before eating yesterday. Stopped eating a bit earlier so I wouldn’t have to wait until lunch time to eat today. It was hard, because I got hungry last night but said I’m not resetting that timer at this point! Went to bed early and survived the fast. My big focus this time is one day at a time and if that seems to much, one hour at a time. I know all the initial weight is water weight but I don’t care - weight loss is the goal right now so whatever makes the scale go down, I’m happy!
