YAY HAY such a great feeling to get past a mental barrier!!! I'm at my typical plateau now... remember the anguish of it last time 2.5 yrs ago... and it is driving me nuts. Hard to be hungry tired, restricted and no fun.. and just be BLOODY STUCK STUCK STUCK forever... remember that so you never go back LMAO. YOu are going to be flying now girl :)
