this one did upset me. iv actually been following my healthy eating plan really well. iv exercised 3 days a week. plus i tried on some bathers the other day and they would look fantastic if they weren't on me. they were even quite flattering bathers with shorts to cover my bum. i was thinking "maybe ill loose a kg this week. and then if i loose another kg next week and another the week after that ill nearly be there." so i was a bit devastated to see another kg going the wrong way. i know weight gain (or loss) isnt about what i ate last night or last week but what i ate for the last month. i guess i was so proud that i was eating healthy that i thought the weight would just fall off me in an instant. this is a long road. ill be honest, im still going to have some beers on the weekend. the weather is ment to be good. and by the time i fit into the bathers i like they might be on sale.
