This is insanity, how can I lose or gain over a kilogram in a single day? Scales are fine, checked by other people using them.
I need to lose 700g per week if I am to reach my goal of weighing less than 80kg by Christmas AND keeping it off.
This week I shall watch carefully my calories, cut down on wine and chocolate and only eat when I am hungry (not just because I see something edible).
I love Mondays, such positive attitudes, lol.
83,2 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0 kg.    Rimanenti: 9,2 kg.    Dieta seguita: Scarso.

Fluid levels will play havoc with weight and measurements...as long as you are averaging the 700g consistently you are still on track :)

I agree with the fluid levels causing havoc- And I wonder if its less traumatic to weigh in once a week (in the morning!) instead of everyday.
