Diario di Barbgetsit, 19 nov 14

I am back at it, Not atkins... but just trying to eat healthy, and of course exercise... I have quit the gym, things were changing and not for the good, so I am committed to work out at home again.. I know I can do this... was 281 3 weeks ago.. so it is coming off... aiming for 249 for December 2oth.. which is a huge goal, but I am gonna try my best.i need to keep track of my weight, because I feel I haven't lost a thing, so if I keep track daily, I will see the small steps I am hoping to make .
120,6 kg Perso fino ad ora: 6,0 kg.    Rimanenti: 30,3 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 0,1 kg a Settimana

Hi Barb, glad you are back at it, doing it in a way that works for you. I have been stable for a couple of months while I am working at a high stress job. I don't expect weight loss now for a while because of the stress, but at least I am maintaining
