Just received word from my doctor's office of the results from my latest bloodwork. My LDL has dropped from 180 to 110 in the last 3 months. A year ago my LDL was up at 201. still have another 20 lbs of weight to go but my cholesterol is so close to where it needs to be that I'm almost crying.
