Completed first week of small group gym training. Sore foot...old injury, but did ok. I'm finishing the 4 week programme come hell or high water. Can do upper body, hopefully foot will improve & can do whole body. Maintaining nutrition, stopped calorie counting, looking more at portion sizes, especially carbs like pasta & rice. So far so good.
69,8 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0 kg.    Rimanenti: 4,8 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 0,5 kg a Settimana
