Diario di kimjinxie, 18 feb 15

Walking for Fitness class last night added to my exercise total for the day. I had a little over an hour of active exercise according to my Fitbit and logged 5.75 miles for the day.

Weird drop in weight, but I will take it. Next time I weigh is Friday, so I hope it sticks.

I am going to include my weekly Fitbit stats in my journal entries for now, so I can see how I do over time.
