Oh I'm getting in the danger zone. I have been back tracking by eating anything I want for too long.
My sissy and I are getting back on track now, so cross your fingers. Two more weeks of Farmers market and Halloween (candy cravers watch out!)These two weeks will call for attention but not too much strictness...Then serious business starting Nov.1. Plus, I think I'm premenstrual...always gives me a few pounds.
