Looks like fasting 16:8 with counting calories per week is paying off. I don’t restrict myself of foods but rather manage calorie intake. I do focus on eating more protein. I try to eat near 230g a day which aligns up with my target weight of 230lbs. Once I’m in the 270s I’ll start running again.
