I fell off a motorised scooter and broke my wrist.
Gym twice this week only lower half as for obvious reason no upper body. Mentally it’s hit me hard because I was getting into a grove with training. To feel good I’ve gone for not the greatest food choices though still not over eating. 10,000 steps daily
69 kg Perso fino ad ora: 1 kg.    Rimanenti: 4 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
