Diario di LACH PZB, 15 set 15

I have a few little twinges from yesterday's class but it's not so bad because I've been building up my exercise over the last 2 months. My shoulder was uncomfortable this morning, but after massaging it I felt much better. Anyway, the class was fun and I can see it being a regular thing. I'm going back to the club on Saturday morning for a different class.

I've no idea! Still can't speak French, though. The class I'm going to on Saturday is called 'mental body' I'll let you know how it goes.

I live in Poland so they have some strange names for some of their classes but this isn't a translation, they've actually given the class this English title. Oh well, try anything once!

So the Mental Body class was quite similar to the other class - a mixture of everything including a bit of pilates and some work with hand weights. Also, they sometimes use the big gym balls (do they have a special name?), but not today. I feel good. I feel motivated. Have a great weekend!

normally called swiss balls, very good piece of kit for working core, anything you can do on a bench or sitting you can do on a ball and work the core at the same time - very much aligned piece of equipment, so it an all over type of circuit

Thanks for the info! Hopefully, I'll get a chance to use them next Saturday.
