:) ... been there, done that! Hey, do you ever go back thru your food journals and look to see if there is something that has snuck in along the way that you weren't consuming before. You have always had a lot of fluctuations, so...that's not new.. but things like crystal light - have you always used that? or other items??? play detective a little!! How about your water intake, is it consistent? or the exercise component..is it consistent? (now, there's the pot calling the kettle black!) Just a few thoughts to get you looking in the right directions! Hang in there..it'll come!
