Hoping for a bigger drop, but it is still in the right direction. The rate of loss certainly slows after the first few months. The good news today was that my trainer measured my waist and I've lost a total of 10cm. I am now fitting into my aspirational jeans without threatening my anatomy, which is also pleasing, as I've dropped two sizes there.
