I'm going to have to increase my activity in order to get my weight down...I've been following my Dash Diet, but seems I've plateaued...
74,8 kg Perso fino ad ora: 4,1 kg.    Rimanenti: 15,9 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

470 kcal Gras: 11,59g | Prot: 39,20g | Carb: 51,22g.   Colazione: Dasani Bottled Water (20 oz), Toasted Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain). Pranzo: Aquafina Water (16.9 oz), Dannon Oikos Fruit on the Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Strawberry, Hard-Boiled Egg. Snacks/Altro: Starbucks Skinny Hazelnut Latte (Grande). Di più...

Increasing activity is usually never a bad thing, but you and I have different definitions of 'plateau' because losing nearly a pound isn't in in my book! ;) Seriously, don't be too hard on yourself -- that's a GREAT loss (especially for this time of year) and slow/steady is so much better (and bodes well for successful maintenance)!
