I ate some unhealthy food, cause we were celebrating international Women´s day but I´m not feeling guilty at all, since the last 9 days I was following a very strict diet and succeeded at losing some kilos. Want to challenge myself to lose 3 kilos in the following 10 days. Hopefully!!! I´m trying to eat really small portions and I feel my stomach has shrunk considerably and doesn´t ask for food all the time! I´m more than happy and eat only when I´m really hungry. Also, I drink plenty of water, almost 2 liters a day, it helps with keeping the hunger away for longer periods of time.
