Haven't been on in a couple of weeks, but I have still been eating healthy and have incorporated more exercise in my days. I joined a gym and feel like this will be the push I need to move my weight down. Initially I just walked, now I will be adding weight training to my regiment. Have a great week FS buddies!!
71,6 kg Perso fino ad ora: 1,4 kg.    Rimanenti: 12,7 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 0,2 kg a Settimana
