A favorite quote - even though I'm 2 weeks into my LCHF diet - I'm down 10 lbs. Quote is: If I quit now, I will soon be back to where I started. And when I started, I was desperately wishing to be where I am now! It's true - when I started I was wishing I was even 10 lbs down.

I'm on week 2 of LCHF diet too.... it feels really weird to eat as many calories as I've been eating...
