NO SUGAR...I can't believe it. I've actually stated to realize that I don't need sweet food. I moved from coffee with 2 sugars, to sweetener, to Stevia, and now I just put in a little vanila or cinamon. I love that I'm breaking my dependance on sugar.
68,4 kg Perso fino ad ora: 20,0 kg.    Rimanenti: 0,4 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 0,3 kg a Settimana

Thats really impressive! I used to do the same thing and now one packet of stevia works for me but regular coffee is icky still lol. You're doing great!
