Time to to start slimming down again... Got all the weigh to 115 but I've let myself majorly slip over the past 3 years.
69,6 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0 kg.    Rimanenti: 15,2 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

Hei. Sorry if i disturb you i wanna ask. Read this if you have time (Please read) Did you ever got stuck in your weight? i was 98 kg and now I'm 90. but now i seem stuck at 90. I'm a vegan and that's how i lost 8 kilo. did you have any suggestions? it's been almost 1 week since my weight is 90 and never come down again please help

Dont give up..you look beautiful and you will feel amasing once you are desired goal...a few changes here and there and you will be fine...

Chandra, I was 'stuck' at 120 for awhile. What happens is your body gets used to the work outs you're doing as well as you start to burn less calories for those work outs as you lose weight. What I was doing became less and less effective. Just increase/change your physical activity and see what happens 😊
