Dear Journal, HAPPY DAY!!! I weighed 119! I have lost 2 1/2 lbs. in the 3 days that I have been following this program!! I can't believe I am eating more than I ever have before and losing weight!! My measurements stayed pretty much the same as yesterday, but I am so much closer to my goal already!! My measurements were: Thighs:20 3/4 Butt:36 Waist:24 3/4 Upper Arm:10...I am so much more positive about this weight loss and I think that is helping too!! I drink a ton of water throughout the day, and I think that is also helping tremendously!! I can't believe I even went out to dinner and had a Caesar Salad w/ a a Chicken Breast, Green Beans, & some Rib Eye & a few bites of Scalloped Potatos, & Flat Bread w/ Creamy Sauce & Chicken & Fontina Cheese!! Then we went to the movies & I had half a bag of red sour straws!! I would've been, for sure, at least a pound or two heavier this morning after that!! Yay!! It is a miracle I actually LOST weight after a Friday Night!! Can't wait to see what happens tomorrow morning!! We still have 2 weekend days to go!!
