Dear Journal,
O.k., I BLEW IT!!! Yesterday was my sister-in-law's Sunday Birthday Dinner & I had to take a huge pan of "Magic Cookie Bars" & some Oreo, Cream Cheese, White Chocolate & Milk Chocolate Truffles & boy am I paying for it now!! Since I started this program last week, I have lost 2 1/2 pounds and then gained it ALL BACK & MORE!!! I am going to do better today and from now on...I really just have to stay away from the treats!! I also drank a TON of water yesterday...probably at least 7 24 oz. bottles...so I'm hoping the majority of the weight is water!! My challenges start today, so I am going to get my 100 sit-ups & 100 push-ups done!! I also start a new weight training regimen at the gym today...Today is a beautiful day and the start of a new week!! This one will be good!
