I am temporarily up half a pound. However, I'm shooting for 188 by the end of this week. I just need to watch what I eat and keep activity level up. I just finished 27 minutes of stairs and walking in my power plant. It was a nice 72 degrees but 100% humidity and calm winds (why am I not out on the ocean??? Oh, that dang work thing!). I am going fishing Wednesday. My friends and I are going on Daymaker Charters. Captain Pat Price is the best fisherman I've ever met and my friends and I have chartered with him several times over the years. Grouper season ends 12/31 and I hope to get some amberjack for smoking too. I love smoked fish!
