Dear Journal,
O.k. I have been super lame lately, & thrown my diet and exercising completely down the toilet!! I have been suffering from some major depression & turned to treats to make myself "feel better". I am ready to repent & start all over again!! I did my 100 crunches, 100 pushups, 100 squats, & 100 lunges on Monday night, but as I was going to go to the gym last night, my husband suggested we go to "In-n-Out"...I couldn't resist!! But now it's crunch time!!! I want to be to my goal weight by my birthday...March 22, & I want my "Hot Body" (toned and all) by my 5-year anniversary...April 8. Is it possible?...I sure hope so & am willing to work extra hard for it!!
