Dear Journal,
I didn't make it to the gym yesterday because I'm lame!!! Anyways, due to that and the fact that I ate a Canadian Bacon, Mozzerella, & Pesto sandwich on Italian Bread at 9:00 at night doesn't help the fact that I gained 1/2 a pound!!
54,9 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0,7 kg.    Rimanenti: 1,4 kg.    Dieta seguita: 100%.

Gained 1/2 a pound. You are doing great. I wouldn't beat yourself up too bad. You probably needed a break from the gym anyways. You would be surprised at the jump start in your metabolism that happens when you get a break in like that every now and again.
