I haven't been watching what I eat too much lately and haven't been exercising regularly. However, somehow I managed to lose some weight. Well I suppose that now I'm motivated as I'm less than a pound away from where I was end of January. Working nights and not sleeping well really sucks! I still have another month of that. It's hard to fit it all in... but I must persevere! Failure is not an option!
