Dear Journal,
I did much better yesterday with my eating and working out!! I lost 1 1/2 pounds since my last weigh in, and my thighs are only 3/4 of an inch away from my goal. I'm trying not to worry so much about the number on the scale as I am my measurements since I'm working out with weights, I'm bound to gain some muscle...which weighs more than fat...I HAVE TO KEEP TELLING MYSELF THAT!!
54,4 kg Perso fino ad ora: 1,1 kg.    Rimanenti: 0,9 kg.    Dieta seguita: 100%.
