I have really been doing a awful job at this whole eating healthy thing. I'm wanting any kind of food that isn't healthy and healthy food just doesn't sound good. It's almost like there is a little devil on my shoulder egging me on to eat the crap. Today is fasting day so maybe that will get things back on track.
I guess I need to do what I always say . . . . STAY STRONG!!!!!
