I'm not holding on to that weigh in. I've been working out everyday at least 20-30 minutes with Pilates DVD's and can tell with my jeans that I may be losing inches (no I didn't measure) plus AF is due in 5 days and I usually gain 3-5 pounds for that. I've been eating good so I feel good. Plus it's going to be in the 50's finally!! I will start walking more too.

Stay the course and it will happen I just know - an idea - how about give up sweets this month as a small sacrifice to prepare for the Easter Holiday - keep the cals and see if that makes a difference. See ya tonight. PS: I love your attitude!!!

oh I hate AF, that horrible wretched unwelcomed beast! I totally know what you mean about her visit throwing on a few extra pounds. Just wait, I bet you have a big drop after she's gone! You're doing great!!! *hugs*
