Rough, rough week. Too many needs to eat out this week, meetings, get togethers etc. I actually gained weight. I was down to 304.4, but with 5 days of struggling to make good choices in bad situations--(which I lost the battle a few days, I lost less than a pound this week. My 1st goal is to be at 300 lbs, when I get on the plane on the 21st--don't know if I will achieve.....
