Dear Journal,
I am sooo confused!! I don't know why I am not losing weight!! I am eating super healthy and working out hard and not losing anything!! I could say I'm gaining muscles, but I have put on an inch on my thighs and an inch on my butt!! HELP!! I don't know what I'm doing wrong!!!
