Dear Journal,
THIS IS BULLSHIT!!! I have been working my ASS off at the gym and eating a super healthy diet and I am GAINING weight and inches!!! I am SOOO close to just going back to my starving & no exercise ways!!! If I was only gaining weight, but losing inches, I would be fine, but I have put a 1/2 inch on my butt and thighs and it is PISSING ME OFF!!!! I drink plenty of water and eat fruits or vegetables at nearly every meal!!! What am I doing wrong?!

It's tough when you follow everything and it seems like nothing good is happening. Just stick with it, keep up with the water and you WILL see a result shortly. Hang in there!!
