Still working out hard, eating right, and NO CHANGE in weight or measurements. I think after this weekend I am going to go on a cleansing fast!!! Something better budge!! I am also going to call an internalist to see if I have thyroid problems like my mom, & if that has anything to do with not being able to shed a pound!!!
