I walked a new max for me of 15 miles this morning and it felt great. At about 11 miles, I was at the gym and used the shower and whirlpool while I was there. It was a nice break before the 4 miles home. BP = 116/82

I think I need to recalc my RDI soon.

WOW - how long does it take you to walk 15 miles? Like 4-5 hours? That's amazing. I have walked 10 when I was younger...now just working up to 4 or 5. HCB

It took about 5 1/2 hours total yesterday. I walk an average of 3 mph usually but it was quite a few hills (and some were steep), so I walked the last few at about 2 mph.
