I like it! Now I just have to keep going in the same direction.
I finally got my butt out of bed and did some exercise this morning. I followed an aerobics recording and WOW! I couldn't keep up! I just kept going at the pace I was able to do and hope in a few weeks I can keep up.
Today is a fasting day so hopefully I don't scare my co-workers. Stay strong everyone and remember that you are what matters most!
