Ok a new week.. a new start! 3 weeks until the mother’s day classic – 4km fun run for breast cancer.. Time to start training. I have been slack over the last 6 months – infact I don’t think I have run in 6 months! So should be interesting. I cannot wait to get to the gym this afternoon :)really looking forward to getting back into it. I found a weight watchers meal plan online and thought I might try following it this week. Last night I went and brought everything I needed and made my lunch for today. This morning I had 2 crumpets with honey for breakfast – 4 points. I'm not sure how many points I should be having per day to lose the weight I want but I buy the magazine and the food always looks quite yummy so thought it couldn't hurt to follow it? Feeling good so far, we will see how the day pans out.
