Alright guys, listen up!! I had a new high AND a new low today and I am super excited about both!!!

My weight this morning was 269. I haven't weighed that little since 2001. I am BEYOND excited, I am so shook up over this. I would say that I have no words but clearly I still suffer from having too many words lol.

That's cool and all but my new high is enough to put this day over the top for me!!


Guys!! I walked 2 miles today. 2! In the interest of transparency I did have to sit down for about an hour to get that second mile in but...I walked 2! whole! miles!!!!

I did decide on the way back that 2 is probably a little to much so we are going to try the 1.75 mile trip next lol...I'll work up to the two mile trip a little bit more! My goal is to walk to the library...in our town that is sort of the center of all the good stuff. It's 2.5 miles each way...it's probably going to take a bit but...I'm just going to keep chipping away it!! I want to thank all you guys again for all the messages and comments. I know I probably didn't seem like it was helping at the time but you guys are the reason that I was able to get the surgery done. If it weren't for you, I think I would have quit months back. I think this would have gone the same way it's always gone. I'm gung-ho and then...I just ghost out...but not this time. This time, it's working, I'm working, I just want you all to know. Thank you!

Okay guys, it was bound to happen but I can legitimately say now...I know what happens if you screw up! I ate too fast and then went to the doctor...it's about an hour ride each way and 9/10ths of there I had to pull over and throw up. I was in a severe amount of pain the whole ride...and then threw up in some poor persons driveway. Well, the street in front of their driveway but still...I solemnly swear I will NOT make that mistake again. Slow and steady guys, slow and steady. I NEVER WANT TO DO THAT AGAIN. It was agony! No more gulping, no more rushing, no more stupid thoughts like "I'll just eat this last bit real quick!"...I FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT! I knew better, I just didn't understand how bad it could get. Now I know! Ask me about it sometime if you need to hear all the gory details but otherwise this is as TMI as it gets from me lol. Signing out from my new low, low weight of 272.6?!?!?! WHAT?!?!?!? Yep...almost at 272!

Hey guys!! Guess how much I weigh now?!?!?!?! 275.4, I just changed my goal and now I get to change it again!!!!!! Tesla woke me up early today so we could walk while the sun wasn't so sunny (she's a vampire and allergic to the sun so we have to be careful!). I already got my mile in for the day and I am heating and icing while I write this up. Putting the numbers in my spreadsheet has been amazing!! It makes me sooooooo happy! I still miss food but only in the chewing sense. I woke up hungry but was easily satisfied with some broth and protein powder. I ate a jello for my pills and between that and the broth wasn't hungry any more. I'm still not but it is time for something so having some water and some watermelon juice (this is why my carbs are so high lol...I LOVE WATERMELON). I re-started my vitamins today and they fill me up! They are a meal in and of themselves! I can't eat or drink around them at all! I'm just gonna keep sayin' "Weird man...super weird..." until you guys are sick of it! Unless you already are...sorry lol, I don't mean to be so repetitive but...the whole experience is just so out of my normal perspective...it's weird man!
