Turkey Breast Enchillada. Lay 4 relatively thin slices of turkey breast down, slightly overlapping. Stuff with whatever, but I normally do a small handfull of spinach, some cream chease and already cooked mince lamb. Roll it into itself..cont in comments

shredded chicken with ginger and coconut amino, in cos lettuce cups. Sprinkle of mozarella cheese, sliced olives and tomotoe with sour cream...filling and delicious. Great fast breaking meal.

So my weight is going down slowly but surely. In the most sustainable way it has ever before. I finally feel like I can do what I'm doing forever. I still have a long way to go but from 127kg starting October last year I'm pretty stoked with my progress. I've incorporated fasting which has put a massive curb in sugar cravings. I'm walking every day (unless super rain) for 30 minutes and just starting to bring back my yoga practice once a week. My diet is everything and I'm really filled with hope that I can keep this going l. After all slow and steady wins the race right?
