Hi,

My name is Amanda and I had my daughter in March 2010. I have always struggled to control my weight since a young age I have always been a little heavier than recommend but nothing to major it was just a few pounds. But never to this point, It seems like after I meet my husband the weight started to pack on and I haven't been able to get back down to my premarital weight. I am at the point in my life where I would like to become much healthier for my family and most importantly my self. I know that I can do this I just want to get a little support from fellow members. I went into this weight loss mode knowing it will be a rough one due to health issues that complicate the weight loss progress(Hormone problems)but i have faith that I can do this.

Start weight: 280

First Step: 240 by: October
Second Step: 200 by: December
Third Step: 180 by: March
Fourth Step: 145-150 July 2011

Then I will try my best to keep the weight off for ever!
